The prices are stated per week. (7 nights)
However, a longer or shorter period can be rented. Minimum stay 3 nights.
Arrival / departure day can be chosen by yourself.

Hibernate

200 €/week

A deposit of 100 € must be paid ( 250 € for long stayers ).
Which will be refunded within 10 days after departure if no damage or alienations have been made.
Included in the rent: all consumption of water and 85 KWh electricity/week (which is normally more than enough)
Any additional consumption of electricity will be settled with the rental deposit at € 0.40 /KWh.
Compulsory final cleaning / welcome / use of bed and bath linen: €85 to be paid on site.
